At Eleprints, we carefully prepare and ship your handmade items with care.

Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders are typically processed and shipped twice per week via USPS. Because many of our products are handmade and inventory may be limited, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, holidays, or special promotions.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Need your order sooner? If you require expedited shipping or have a time-sensitive order, please contact us before placing your order (or as soon as possible afterward). We will do our best to accommodate expedited delivery options based on availability and carrier service, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship using USPS and offer available shipping options at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Please note:

  • Shipping timelines provided by USPS are estimates and not guarantees
  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control
  • Orders are processed on our scheduled shipping days and are not guaranteed to ship the same or next business day

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Eleprints is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Packages marked as delivered by USPS but reported missing may require customers to first check with neighbors, local postal services, or submit a carrier claim before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, destination, and selected shipping method.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the error was caused by Eleprints.
