Refund policy

At Eleprints, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns when you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged
  • Items must be free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or excessive wear
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Returned items should include original packaging when possible
  • Return shipments must be mailed within 7 days of return approval

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an Eleprints error, damaged merchandise, or a defective item. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Personalized or altered items are nonreturnable

Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for processing. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges & Replacements

Exchanges and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability. Please contact us for assistance.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will make it right by providing a prepaid return label (if needed) and a replacement or refund.

Handmade Disclaimer: Finding Beauty in Imperfection

Each Eleprints item is handmade using traditional block printing techniques and natural materials. Small variations in pattern placement, color, stitching, or texture are part of the handcrafted nature of our products and make every piece unique.

Because many products use hand dyeing and artisan techniques, slight differences between items of the same style are expected and are not considered defects.

Color Disclaimer

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, photography, lighting, and the handcrafted dyeing process.
